Eastport Real Estate Services Facilitates Acquisition and Adds to Third Party Management Portfolio

Wakefield, MA – Eastport Real Estate Services announced that is has facilitated the acquisition of 120 and 150 Presidential Way, Woburn, on behalf of its institutional clients.  Known as the MetroNorth Corporate Center, this two building, Class-A office park consists of 222,391 square feet and is located at the intersection of I-93 and Commerce Way.  Eastport completed and coordinated all due diligence tasks as part of the acquisition and has hired Cushman and Wakefield to handle the leasing of the property.  Eastport was also awarded the property management assignment and will act as asset manager for the property as well.
