Eastport Completes a Major Construction Project for Wakefield Office Park

Wakefield, MA – Eastport Real Estate Services provided construction management services for a complicated tenant build out at an office park located at 107 Audubon Rd, Wakefield, MA.

New tenant, Standex, had major electrical requirements in a very tight time frame.  By working closely with Wakefield Municipal Light and Original Contracting, Eastport was able to secure a new 480 volt transformer and meet their deadline.
