Eastport Closes a Lease in Natick

Wakefield, MA – Eastport Real Estate Services  assisted in the completion of a long-term 15,000 SF lease transaction with Little Sprouts, LLC on the first floor of 11 Huron Drive, Natick, MA.  Eastport worked with the property owner to facilitate the new lease and will coordinate the tenant improvements for the commencement in the Fall of 2017.
