Window replacement project

Eastport oversaw the replacement of approximately 283 windows on three buildings within the office park.  Eastport worked closely with the architects and contractors to replace the existing bronze aluminum windows with anodized aluminum fixed windows.

construction and project management

Eastport managed a major construction project for new tenant, Standex.  This space had major electrical requirements in a very tight time frame.  With a hands on management approach and working closely with contractors, Eastport was able to secure a new 480 volt transformer and meet their deadline.

lobby and bathroom renovations

Eastport managed lobby and restroom renovation projects including new tile, carpeting, lighting, and modern furnishings on each floor.
